Thanks, that solved it. There are actually two sets of fields for entering delivery address. I removed the fields from the second one down near the bottom but that wasn't enough. So that's why I was puzzled and asked for more specific instructions. The second time I checked the fields, I saw the delivery address fields which I had missed. I removed them and this time, everything worked out well.
