product title do not show in cart and another question,,,

1-i am using version 3.11.0 some product title appear in cart and some do not appear in cart ,,what to do to have all product title showing in cart (scereen shot enclosed)
2- i am using last visited product module,,,the product show up vertically in front end ,,,but i want product show up horizontally ,,is there any solution
your help will be appreciated
