Seriously wrong - Frontend taking 5 minutes to update

If you wait 5 minutes, and refresh, it takes you where you clicked. I have turned on and off SEF and caching. If I clear the cache, it starts over. Joomla 3.0.2, same issue on multiple templates, latest version of Joom Shopping Joomla: 3.0.2 JoomShopping: Newest PHP: 5.3 Website Url: www.brew30.com
