Hi, Iam facing the following issue, when I click on the email download link, instead of the file begin to dowload or the browser ask me to dowload it, shows to the user the file source code. This behaviour is not always the same, sometimes start dowloading the file but in most of cases shows the source code (most of the times).Any body else??

Sorry but only localhost atm, I was running a linux local server where it is still failing, now I've made a backup and restored to a windows based (wamp) and works ok. The problem is that iam going to upload the production web to a linux remote server. any ideas where can i look at?? |

I've tryed to change the mime type at .htaccess but not luck, also tryed change the header at controller/product.php to header("Content-Type: application/zip"); (I only have .zip files to sell) also no luck :( |

Hello, maybe you think about a movement to a real site, not localhost. Why? Than "webdesigner" could find the problem. (With login datas per private message). An I think you have more advantages with a real site, for example testing paypal. Greetings

Hi, thanks for yr help. Uploaded to a remote server with linux, php 5.3, joomla 3 and same issue. this is the download link http://s405006069.mialojamiento.es/plugins/index.php?option=com_jshopping&controller=product&task=getfile&oid=16&id=5&hash=afb33fbe1e26c399b3009ce4bd5ce4ae&rl=1 so you can replicate the issue, don't need to login is configured for guestusers. |

Often, a small error is very difficult to find. /components/com_jshopping/lang/override/en-GB.php saved as utf-8 with BOM. Save file as uft-8 without BOM.

WWWOOOWWWWW I can't believe so!!!! How the hell did you find this out???!!! I've been trying changing router.php , .htaccess , php.ini , the headers at product.php code. Just can say sorry and THANX A LOT!!!! |
