Advise needed

Hello, i have a website with more of 1.000 product using joomshopping with prices in euro. Now i opened new firm in other EU country for the same business. Prices, products, valute are the same what change is business name, addresses etc.
Somebody can drive me how to use the same products in both websites upgrading only 1 backed (1-2 products are added and some prices are modify every day)? thank you
