Ordering categories problem

Ordering categories problem

Anyone can advise me how to order categories and subcategories?
New added categories are not ordered alphabetically (by name), but are going at the end of the categories menu. Backend ordering of categories it shows ok, but it has no any effect in Frontend.
Joomshopping version 3.12.3
Any help would be much appreciated...

I have done it. In category list in backend, ordering is ok, but in frontend nothing changes. When a category or subcategory is added, is going at the end of the list, although in backend is in the right order.
Any other suggestion?

Thanks for the advice.
This is also done, sorting is set to by Name. I have also tried Predefined, nothing changes.
Products sorting is ok, problem is only in categories and subcategories.
Any other suggestion?

Predefined in categories sorting is set but no result. I had tried it before with no result.
Cache in joomla administration cleaned. Does joomshopping has its own cache? If yes, where is it?
Is there anything else I can do?

disable all cache joomla, plugin cache, server cache.
