Registration - resets all fields that are filled in when missing one that was required

Hello. I hope you can help me. When customer is going through registration process and forgets to fill in a required field, there is a warning and it clears/resets all filds, that are correctly filled in.

Is it possible, that this data is not lost and the customer doesn't have to start over again to fill in the form?

I never changed that file.
I now downloaded the newest joomshopping-version and upgraded to 4.3.2 and I uploaded again the original file: validateForm.js
But the problem persists.

Problem your FTP

Try use ftp transfer binary mode
