Scrolling from product to product doesn't always work

Hi,

When I select a product in my product list in one of my categories. I sometimes can scoll in the product detail view from product to product and sometimes it doesn't.

If I click anywhere on the spotlight area (outside the detail button or hyperlink) it does allow me to move from product to product (see picture with a 1).

If I click on the hyperlink of the product or if I click on the Detail button it doesn't allow me to go to the next product in the detailed product view (see picture with a 2).

I like it to always allow the user to scroll between pages regardless where they clicked on the spotlight area (Detail button/Hyperlink or anywhere else in the spotlight area). Is this possible?
