Language Problem

Hi,

this my problem:
When I write the name of the product in Arabic, I can not add that product to the cart.

How can I solve this knowing that I have to use both languages, English and Arabic in the same time, therefore, I can not switch the default language to Arabic.

Any thoughts?

It is working on the test shop, why not on mine. My browsers are Firfox and Explorer and it is not working on both. Maybe I sould install something.

I have been trying to understand what you mean by those two points, do you mean that:
1. the problem could be on my server.
