Fields not filling

Hi,

On the front end of the shop, if you add something to the cart and proceed to checkout, the user needs to fill out his/her details.

The fields in the form are not filling out. As in, the user types his/her details, and the form remains blank.

I cannot update to a newer version either. I'm getting "cannot find XML file" when I upload the Update zip. When I try to install from your URL:

I get an "Invalid URL" error.

I'm sorry. I thought telling you that I'm trying a solution that doesn't work would help figure it out. Didn't mean to break your rules by trying to help.

I'll go through those that you mentioned.
