Blank page after clicking Confirm Order button

I have spent some time trying to work this one out and I must be missing something quite obvious but . Anyway I place an order and everything is fine till I click on the Confirm order button. I get a blank screen and no emails are sent. Can somebody direct me to the right area to fix this problem please.

enable despaly error

joomla (error reporing: simple or maximum)

Thanks for your reply but, that might as well could have been upside chinese to me. Sorry I cant decipher if that was a solution, or just a notation.

I am still lost. I appreciate that this is 'free' software but not being able to understand or comprehend I find it very frustrating. The documentation is a bit sparse and I feel I am wasting to much time on just this one issue. I am suspecting from reading the forum that there are plenty more in store for me :)

Anybody else could help?.

So far I have increased the memory in my php.ini to 256M and also memory limit in the .htaccess file. All I get is this error -

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 25165824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7864320 bytes) in /home/xxxxx/xxxroadspares.com/public_html/components/com_jshopping/lib/tcpdf/unicode_data.php on line 16462

Current value 24MB.

Hi, thanks for your help. Apparently a hidden file ( .user.ini ) is created by Joomla install and it sets the memory allocation to 24M. Changing the php.ini or updating the ,htaccess file didnt have any effect at all. Two options then 1. Upadte the .user.ini or delete .user.ini and amend the config files.
