Hi there, I have pdf files which I have added to my product pages and I can see have been uploaded to the /components/com_jshopping/files/demo_products/ directory. When I click on the download button however I get the following 404 error. 'The requested URL /index.php was not found on this server.'. Am I missing a component or some configuration?

Hi there, thanks for your reply. - I had a look at Joomla .htaccess file which allows for rewrite rules - not sure what to do there? - Checked my Joomla configuration file... can't see any obvious issues but then again I am not sure what I would be looking for? - In my components folder, I don't have a com_download-monitor directory. Do you think that this is a component that I am missing? |

Hi, I have figured it out. I just needed to install & configure Joomla Download Monitor Component. It is working now, thank you. |
