I want to create a custom front page for the shop. I would like to realize it with a static text, but I can not link to it in the menu.

How can I set a custom front page for the shop?

Sorry, I don't understand your answer. Can you explain a bit more detailed?

Using joomla content doesn't work like it should, because the shop-link isn't active any longer as soon as I click on eg. a product.
