Sometimes payment doesn't work
Hey
at my shop at bodhran-info.de, it seems I have a problem with the payment occasionally. I had two customers in the last two weeks, that told me: No matter if you choose advanced payment, paypal or credit card, you can't pay. Nothing happens when you hit the "next" button, it doesn't load any new site. It just stays at the Payment method screen. They have the latest Firefox and Chrome. When I test it, everything seems to be okay, other orders came in without any problems. But I wonder how many customers I have lost that didn't write to me.
Any ideas?

Customers say, javascript was turned on.
No changes...

Also reports of the same problem with the latest Chrome.

That's the problem, it only happens occasionally.
Today again! One customer telling me he would love to buy, but can't finish payment.
Is there a way to find out?
Or a way to reinstall?

Hey all
sorry to report that I had the same problem again today with one customer. Two other orders came in fine. Firefox again.
Is there any way I can look into a protocol or run a debug mode to see what is going on?
This is slightly unnerving...

Just wanted to post the solution to this problem:
I had the wrong URL in the configuration.php.
I recently added a ssl certificate, the correct URL is
https://www.bodhran.info.de
but in the configuration.php it was still the old
http://www.bodhran.info.de
Glad this is sorted, thanks to webdesigner for the great support.
