Free Attributes as a Drop Down Selection

Is there a way to have FREE ATTRIBUTES as a Drop Down Selectable field.

For Example - My site is for Motorcycle parts and I want the customer to put Make Model and Year but not have to type it individually as I have it now but select from a drop down based on the previous Attribute.

Year - 1950 to current
Make - Honda- Harley etc..
Model Based upon Make

I can live with out the value based on the previous but the drop down is highly desirable

Yes - That is a way - But for every Single product I would have to manually select each year (40 of them) and each Model (10) in addition to the Standard Attributes which for some product will be another 10 or more individually -

looking for a faster way for the three Attributes I will always be using on nearly every product.
