I wonder if there is some way to send survey to customer after the order was delivered?
Two options: how satified are you (star rating question) and somment would be enough.
Any idea?

Thank you for reply. I think this is not exactly same. This plugin will send mail to purchaser to comment product. What is desirable is to send via e-mail url to some survey form (best if joomshopping offers some option to build satisfaction surveys). Regards |
