Problem since update to Joomla 3.7

Hello,

has anybody an idea for this:

Only as super-admin I can save and edit articles or create new articles.
Not as author, publisher, Manager.....etc.

Since the update to 3.7 I have this problem.

Any ideas?

Nur als Superadministrator kann ich Beiträge erstellen, verändern, speichern.
Als Publisher oder Manager oder Administrator ist das nicht möglich.
Was könnte die Ursache sein?

du meinst jetzt Beiträge im Joomla System? Im Admin oder auf der Webseite?
Tritt das bei mehreren Installationen auf? Welche Erweiterungen sind noch installiert?
Sind irgendwelche Admin Tools installiert?

I changed to PHP Version 7.1

result:

I can not open in the administration "configuration" and not open "plugins",
error message:

"Call to undefined function mysql_connect() "

Also the other problem for not superadminstrator exists also under PHP 5.6
It is not possible to edit an article within the administration

Any ideas?
I tried to deactivated all (not sure...) third-party software (components and plugin) without results. Change to standard template: no result.


Could be this the reason?:
1. Need joomla 3.7 parse_ini_file ?
2. Old componet/module/plugin? If yes, how to find it?

Have done a backup of the site with PHP 5.6 + Joomla 3.6.5: all ok
change to PHP 7 : "Call to undefined function mysql_connect() " (system-configuration and Erweiterungen-Plugins)

Now I have a part of the solution:
old plugin (lazy backup.....) (this one destroyed system-configuration within php 7)

Restproblem: other user can not edit an article, if within the article is a weiterlesen link.
weiterlesen: to read on

I think, this is also a older plugin ...to find....and to delete....
But I test your suggestion before I am searching again....

Never before I had so strange problems.

Maybe not all the files have been updated.
Try overwriting the files.

I think it was a Joomla 3.7 bug.
After testing 3.7.1 rc: No problem with readmore function.
