I wondered if there was an option to default the username to the provided email address when a new customer registers?
Or could someone point me to the file I should edit in order to alter the SQL statement that inserts the new customer to the database? - If there is no clear option, I thought I could set both the email field and the username field in the table to contain the value in the email textbox from the registration form.
