Short-Description without editor

Short-Description without editor

Hi,
When you enter a new product, you have short-description (Kurzbeschreibung) and description (Beschreibung). For description you have an editor to enter the text. For short-descrption you don't. You have to use HTML. But my client cannot write HTML. How can my client use the short-description field?
Is this a bug?
