Hello, i used the simple export but i can not find the csv file, where you saved the CSV export file? thanks

After you have clicked Export (Esporta), did you get any error messages? What happend after you have clicked?

Maybe a problem with file/folder permissions?

There are no error messages, it is "Completed"
but can not find the file csv

On your FTP you should find the file in

/components/com_jshopping/files/importexport/simpleexport

If it was created, it should appear there. If it´s there, try to clear your Browsercache. If not, Webdesigner has to look into it.

I checked the folder is empty, contains only the file index.html

I tried to upload a file via ftp folder with error Disk quota exceeded
Then I changed the space allocated and resolved. thanks
