Unable to initialize the mail function.

Hi.

My system doesn't send emails when somebody is registered through register module of joomshopping. They can't register because it's "Unable to initialize the mail function."

Also happens when there is an invoice. As an Administrator, I did not recieve the emails generated by the system when there is a purchsed item.

Always the same message apperas in the screen: Unable to initialize the mail function.

PLease how can I solve it?

I thought there was cause of old version of joomshopping. I have upgraded to the latest version (3.7.2) and joomla (2.5.6) but nothing has changed.

PLease need some help.
