Problem with activation

Hi there, please, can anyone tell me how to fix the problem with activation.

The point is that the user receives an email with a link to activate.
But when he clicks it, he sees a white screen and the activation occurs.
I looked the error on the server and seen this message:
"Fatal error: Call to undefined method JDatabaseMySQL::quoteName() in /home/ricardo-ms/ricardo-msk.ru/docs/components/com_jshopping/tables/usershop.php on line 474"

I checked this line there is the following code:
'SELECT '.$db->quoteName('id').' FROM '.$db->quoteName('#__users') .

And I really don't know what to do now with all of this
