Order deleted. why?
hello, I have installed on my store joomshopping six months ago but since January 2013 I had problems with orders. Two customers have purchased with paypal and after payment confirmed the order is deleted. I do not understand why. The administrator has not cancelled the order. is automatically canceled. how can it be? Can you help me please.
