can't create and edit products with lots of attributes

I have a website with joomshooping, I have it in two different servers, one for public and the other is for me to run some tests.
I'm having some problems with all the products that have more attributes... so if I add a new product with just a few attributes thats ok, but if I need to create and mix a lot of attributes, I can't do it.

And products that I have created in the past and that never gave me any problem are giving me problems now.

This is the problem that I have in one of the websites, in the other, I can edit and create new products but it gives me a warning in the product page:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /htdocs/public/mc3/administrator/components/com_jshopping/controllers/products.php on line 1243

In this specific line it have this code line:
foreach($list as $v){


What can I do?

Yes, for all the products... if a product have more than 54 attributes (or something like this) it will delete all the others (or simply not saved)... I cannot create any new product with more than 54 attributes neither edit. If I edit a product with for example 200 attributes and then I save it, it will delete 146 attributes.

In the meantime I have done what you suggest, I enabled the "debug system" in joomla but it didn't appear any error.
I talked with the company that host the website and explained the problem, hoping there is some kind of problem with the limit of the database, they change to another server, they tried to extend the limit and nothing works, still the same problem.

In my first post I wrote about a warning that appeared at that time, but no more, now I don't have any warning or error. It just delete a lot of attributes...

Have you ever had this kind of problem?

I have updated the php to the newer version as you said (Version 5.3.15) and follow your steps with the php configuration, but unfortunately I'm still with the same problem... I can't add more than 50 attributes...

more suggestions?

I'm still having the same problem...it's still impossible to create products with many attributes or edit old products that have that many attributes, because in the past it was possible to create many attributes...I really don't know what to do next...
