Where are the extra fields

Where can I setup extra fields (and groups) for products? There is no section for this in admin, even though I can see the database tables.

I have a question about the Import/Export Addon

There is a funktion that i can build own extra-fields.
Where i can see them ? Only in the csv files ?

Can i show the extra-fields with the products ?
If yes, what do i have to do to show them with the products ?

OK, but how can i delete the created Extended fields ? If I dont want to use them anymore.

They don't show up in Options-Characteristics

I didnt create characteristics for the Extended-Field, i only created a Extended-Field.
And it is still showing in Import, but not in Export.
How can i delete it ?
