Problem updating the order status

Problem updating the order status

I have a problem with JoomShopping Module in the Orders screen. I cannot update or change the status of the orders. I clicked on the Update status button, but there's no response.

I tried this on Chrome and IE. In IE, there is an error detailed as below.
