Hi, where can I apply a discount?

I don't find, other than cupouns. I just only want to apply 20% discount to a category, for all sales.

Imagine, for example, in May, you want to Apply a 10% discount on all software category products. A promotion.

If somebody wants to take note (or If I have time to implement it..) it's an interesting (and basic) feature, and a "must have" IMHO.

It's "simple".

A tab for promotions.
You can create a promotion (ex: Black Friday).
Set date for this promotion (ex:from 03/12/2014 to 03/12/2014, or from 01/08/2014 to 30/08/2014)
Set discount: % or value
Value of discunt Ex: 20%
Set Categories involved: Ex: Electronics and/or Image

All sales inside a promotion, automatically apply this discounts.
Ex:
1 x Someproduct at 100€ = 100€ -10% (Black Friday) 90€

It's possible to show total price minus discount and value of discount? It shows me just discount, without notice about a discount was applied.
