modify date order show -2 hour?

Hi,

When I change status of some order, it show date -2 hours. Dont you know why?

I try this:

//echo date('l jS \of F Y H:i:s ');
//echo getJsDate();

show this:

Wednesday 17th of September 2014 16:58:01
2014-09-17 14:57:25

getJsDate function is broken? Where I can find this?
