Possible to have Attribute - media hardcopy & Electronic

I have a biannual magazine I am putting in the store. Right now it is for the Electronic version, but I am wondering if it is possible to create and attribute for 2 options, 1 option to place an order for a physical copy & the 2nd option to download the electronic version.
