Cannot upload pictures

Cannot upload pictures

I have been uploading pictures (category, article) before, but just now it seems impossible. I get just a general error like: Error uploading image. When I try uploading the same picture in a normal Joomla frontpage article, it says the image is too large, but the size is only 6K!
Anybody familiar with this problem? Uploading pictures through ftp works fine but then I don't know how to link them as a category thumbnail or whatsoever.

Hello All,

I had the same problem, I just found a solution

you must make sure the folder img_products alows full access to users

/yourWebSiteFolder/components/com_jshopping/files/img_products

Make sure the img_products folder located at the above directory location, has these attributes rwx or 777.

I worked for me I hope it works for you too.
