Hi I am receiving many "undelivered emails" instead of "orders confirmations" to clients with gmail.com, hotmail.com (etc) recipients. But when I try to write them a message directly from the same work email it gets through. Why? Some of them when contacted tell me they never did any order and didn't even know about my website others confirm they made an order but never received any confirmation email.
