3D SECURE NOT WORKING ON SAGEPAY

Hi,

I have been using the Sagepay. But it is not redirecting the customer to 3D Secure page. The sagepay has blocked my account and advised me they would not release the funds untill this problem is fixed and they see atleast one payment with 3d secure active. When i click on make a payment the url display but never show the 3d secure page and redirects back to the website and confirm the order.

Can you please have a look at it as soon as possible
