Problem with Joomshopping menu and get 404 error

I use joomla 3.4.3 and joomshopping 4.10.4 (last versions) in localhost.

I add a new joomshopping category and add a new product to this category.
I add n new joomla menu with Menu Item Type = category, and I write category id =1.

In frontend when I click the category menu it work correctly. but when I click the products in this menu, I get 404 error!

How I can solve this problem?

Notice:
I set Search Engine Friendly URLs to No (from Site Global Configuration) and problem solving. but I need to has Friendly URLs.

Menu alias is: "category"


alias category is: "testcat"


alias product is: "test1"

But this page: "/index.php/category/test1" go to 404


I use persian language(default and 1 language). I attache images.
How I should add menus or categories?

Menu alias to: "category2"

Do you have other idea?

I have this problem in "product list" menu type too. because it is redirecting to "category" menu type.
I can't show my product on shop with joomshopping, this is a serious problem. How can solve this?

I install joomshoping on other joomla without joomshopping plugins and it work true.
The problem is one of the joomshoping plugins.
I am testing to find plugin problem.
