Problems with a language

I have a multilangual website.
Only my shop won't show in one of the languages.
I tried almost everything I think
All languages are published in site,admin and content
Updated the language
Made a new module
Nothing works.

I started this website with one language spanish in the main menu and another in English.
I have put all the spanish items into a spanish main menu.
Only the pre-installed Main Menu is left and I can't unpublish as well
But now I made the third languange Germans and that works well.
But the spanish webshop (only the buttons etc. not the text I filled the products)does not look porperly in Spanish but in English.

Who can help me

I have the same with the shopping cart module in Dutch.
for the delivery date/time I created the language file myself which works nice but this module comes with a separate language file, I changed the name from en-GB to nl-NL saved the file and altered the translations manually.
Because the shopping cart does not translate properly I even changed in the general english language file the translations into dutch and even that is has no effect, conclusion: the shopping cart is not readiung any language file at all!

I solved the problem.
Check or update all languages in Joomla and Joomshopping.
Most is working only some translations dson't work in the Back end and Front End.
I know I can change some in php but it should work when I have the last update of languages.

Hallo,

Just found out that some translations are not in the nl-NL.php file .
Such as JSHOP_CART_EMPTY is not in the list.
When I add it in the file I get all kind of errors all kind of warnings.
Also add the manual Dutch language file but no solution yet.

I compare the English version 3.11.0 with the Dutch version 2.7.0 ( tha latest you can download) and see that a part of the translation is missing.

define('_JSHOP_DEFAULT_PRICE','Prijs voor leden');
define('_JSHOP_QTY_IN_STOCK','Aantal op voorraad');
define('_JSHOP_UNLIMITED','Onbeperkt');
define('_JSHOP_OF','of');

define('_JSHOP_SEARCH_FOR','Zoek naar');
define('_JSHOP_ANY_WORDS','Elk woord');
define('_JSHOP_ALL_WORDS','Alle woorden');
define('_JSHOP_EXACT_WORDS','Exacte zin');

define('_JSHOP_ORDER_DETAILS','Order details');
define('_JSHOP_CART_EMPTY','Uw winkelwagen is leeg.');
define('_JSHOP_ORDER_DELIVERY_TIME', 'Levertijd');
define('_JSHOP_GROUP', 'Groep');
define('_JSHOP_TITLE', 'Titel');
define('_JSHOP_DISCOUNT', 'Korting');
define('_JSHOP_USER_GROUPS_INFO', 'Alle groepen');
define('_JSHOP_BILL_ADDRESS', 'Factuur adres');
define('_JSHOP_ZOOM_IMAGE', 'Zoem in op afbeelding');
define('_JSHOP_INVOICE_DATE','Factuur datum');

That's why several translations does not work.

I tried to put this block into the Dutch translation but when I go to my shop I see errors such as on the attached pictures. The translation is oke than.

Are you able to put this block into the next update.
The not translated text in the backend will not be solved with this

Not sure if this is your problem but you need a space after the coma between the translations.

i.e.
define('_JSHOP_CONFIRM_REMOVE', 'Wirklich entfernen?');

see the gap there?

Thanks for your answers.
I also managed to add the line in the Dutch translation.

define('_JSHOP_CONFIRM_REMOVE', 'Werkelijk verwijderen?');

It was not there at all. Just like the block of lines I mentioned before.
Everything works properly now and no errors as far as I can see.

I still don't understand why it is so difficult to give a good solution by the shopdesigner, just ask the users to help for a translation and add it to the update.
It keeps me of buying a license when support is not getting better.

Support IS getting better in my view - a few more users helping on the forum too which helps. Still beats VM hands down in my opinion!!

I think only English, German and Russian are updated as the component is updated. The rest is down to the user base.

Perhaps you could upload your Dutch translation and call it 3.11.1 so that your countrymen can use it too? Or email it to webdesigner.

I have send the Dutch translations (Joomshopping 3.11.2 for aswell as the front as the back end to the marketing of Maxx
I hope they will put them on the download list as 3.11.1 (front-end) and 3.11.2 (back-end)
All works well on my websites and the back-end looks how it should be.
