New client registration without email with activation link?

Hello,

During the new client registration process, I think that the email confirmation with the activation link is a problem because this person go out of the shop during seconds or minutes and can change his idea and do not return to shop.

Is it posible to do the registration process without email confirmation?

Fill in the registration fields and continue the shop... pay method... etc... without exit of the shop.
