The basic newsletter configuration must be WITHOUT the cross. Only the question, if he want a newsletter.

The customer must be active mark with a cross. Maybe he do not want a newsletter: He must do nothing.
He must check, not uncheck.

Newsletter abonnieren = Do you want a newsletter? (It is the same)
In this time, you/the shop give the answer for the customer (yes), that is not ok.

Sorry, it's our bug. You can change default settings for this plugin: Extension - Plug-in Manager - JoomShopping Acymailing Newsletter - parametr "Checked in registration", select "No" and save.
Changed in version 1.0.4

But I think, one thing is also to change:
If a existent user change his data (/online-shop/user/editaccount.html), he see also the checked box. This must be also unchecked.
You know what I mean?

In editaccount plugin check in AcyMailing tables, and if you already subscribed, checkbox is checked; if you unsubscribe, checkbox is empty.

But there are one more case (2):

1. New customer say: newsletter:no = editaccount= no newslettter: This is OK
2. Old customer (before I have acymailing+addon) in editaccount: newsletter is activated: This is FALSE, because this customer have never before said: I want to have a newsletter.

You have not the same opinion?

You (Your email) already subscribed to this list (default is "Newsletter"), and plugin displayed this in editaccount. What is the problem?

You can creating new list in Acymailing, special for JoomShopping (for example), and then select this list in plugin settings ("Subscribe to"). I hope You understand what I mean.

I have another Problem with the Plugin: I have 2 different newsletters: I installed the Plugin twice, but there is still just ohne option for the customer to subscribe. Is there any possibility to make it possible to have several newsletters in joomshopping?

Thanks for the answer.
I already saw this. Works fine for modules and Plugins.
But if I try it with the acymailing ADDON the errormessage appears. No XML file found.
So I must be doing something wrong.
Tried it with Joomla Installer.
Is there something different with ADDONS?

This addon you could find within joomla plugins. But after install the addon is activated.
