How to select filter module options from URL?

How to select filter module options from URL?

We have category page http://www.rashentourist.ru/vse-chemodany
When we select checkboxes in filter (on left side) the URL is not changing.
But we actually need to control the options from URL.
For example URL http://www.rashentourist.ru/vse-chemodany?4weels will select option "4weels". Is it possible?
