Captcha - ReCaptcha problem in registration | not required

Hello,

I am using the module Captcha - ReCaptcha in registration form. I have problem because the field does not be required and the users do not fill it. As a result they cannot register and the system appears an error.

What i have to do in order to be required the specific field?

How can i make to appear the new captcha recpatcha with the button (i am not a robot). Now it appears the old one with the image and the letters
