but as i can see i am not the only person with this problem and no one has a solution for this.
maybe i have to try another shopsystem :/

btw filter module is the only one that makes problems. all other module work like charm.

what features?

well is just want to display a page with all products. in the left sidebar should be a filter module with checkboxes where i can select what categories i want to be displayed. (just like in the screenshot - its from the old joomshopping version in joomla 1.5 where the filter module works fine)
