Filter option not available it shows empty space cannot view any message like(no related product or no such product)

Hello, i also can not get filters to work, have free filter component, version 4.0.1, as example i made 4 items here they all have set Color characteristic, you can see it in item, characteristic type is List. Menu item is set to show JoomShopping>Category with category number filter.

As you can see on the right it outputs some emtpty field after search, but not filter. Though if i use price filter it works, but not for characteristic.

Please help.
