Multiple pricing for a product

Hello,

I have purchased and installed the multiple pricing tier plugin. But I cannot figure out how to use it to present a product with 4prices to choose from and have that display in the product listing on the product page as a dropdown menu. It's a case where there is one price for members and one for non-members and both a printed and CD version.

Can you point me in the right direction.
