Complete uninstalling of addonProductShipping_2.2.3 not possible

After uninstalling there is still the extension on top right at options-shipping methods and it is no more possible to add options. See attached images. There was a possibility to add options depending on weight. Joomla: 2.5.20 JoomShopping: 3.17 PHP: 5.4.26 MySQL: 5.5.35 Website Url: local test installation
