Characteristic products import

Dear Joomshopping team !

Hope you are fine !

Yesterday, i buy you the plugin "Characteristic products export" & "Characteristic products import", in order to configure a new shipping method.

If the export goes well, the import isn't OK.

In the export file, i make a lot of modifications in order to insert characteristic for each product.
When i try to import the modified file, nothing happened. It's only write "completed", but nothing in the characteristic file.

Can you help me, please ?
