Hello,

I am using the plugin universal csv import.

If i try to import csv files wich have the charset UTF-8, I get problems. - With the field ean (In the settings of the plugin I choosed UFT-8 as Encoding type).

For Example I take the template I can download in the plugin, convert it to UTF-8. Then I fill in one product to the csv file.
After importing this csv file i get the Error message: Fehler Feld Name "ean".

All other information where imported - only the ean is missing.

Have you any idea about that?

In the configuration I already choosed UTF-8 as Charset. - All other fields are imported correctly...
Only the ean makes a problem. Never mind what i fill in there.

Also wenn I put only an ean into the csv file... He does not import it. Try to convert a csv file to UTF-8 and import it...

OK - the problem was "without bom"...

I did not knew that this is necessary.
