Hello. I've bought Universal CSV .Can you give me and example how you have fill in the Universal CSV. I have downloaded the import template but it says nothing about the data in the field. For example, I do not know what to write in the field: published. It will be nice if you will send me a sample of a complete import template with data. Kind Regards John Jacobsen

Hi. The file you uploaded has not the same format as the universal CSV. I downloaded the templates an i got the right structure. Why can I not get the attach file to work in joomShopping,see attache PrtScrn. Kind Regards John Jacobsen

I got this template with the Universal CSV. And is not the same as the one you put in to download. If yours is the right one can i get an updated Universal CSV Kind Regards John Jacobsen

I know. But if you will take a closer look at the PrtScrn. You will se that the posision of the field is not the same. And this has nothing to due with the setting. Please advice me, because I feel the I have lost my money by buying the Universal CSV. I have no use for joomShopping if can't use Universal CSV. When I import the CSV the position of the field is totally wrong. Kind regards John Jacobsen

I don't have this option see PrtScrn. Are your sure that i have the right version, got a update file on mail after the because the download template didn't work.
