I have trouble installing univ csv import. change the access to folders on 775 or 777 /home/silkplants/domains/silkplants.nl/public_html/tmp php safe_mode?

All at 775, I retried uploading from zip again, I get: Copy file: /components/com_jshopping/files/importexport/unicsvimport/index.html ERROR Unzipped on my computer and manually uploaded with filezilla I can find the new universal import, under import export, I now have the csv import template. Filled in all details, but when I upload I get: Error getting CSV-file When I manually upload the csv file to unicsvimport, then upload from source url, it works but I get the following message: Warning: file_put_contents(/home/silkplants/domains/silkplants.nl/public_html/components/com_jshopping/files/importexport/unicsvimport//test.csv) [function.file-put-contents]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/silkplants/domains/silkplants.nl/public_html/administrator/components/com_jshopping/importexport/unicsvimport/unicsvimport.php on line 586 SUCCEEDED By the way the php safe mode is on and I cannot switch it off. tried changing the .htaccess file, but that does not work |

In simple mode it uploads no problem at all, everything works fine. Except now that I have purchased universal csv, ONLY because I want to import the pictures a quicker way, it will not upload the csv in the universal mode. That suggests to me that it is not the safe-mode that is the problem. |

Okay, that's sorted/ 1. Can you tell me why it shows only 4 products? I imported a csv file with 180 items, but only 4 are showing. 2. In the image column of the csv file I entered the name of the images, I uploaded all images to the file img_products, but they are not showing at all. I double checked all entries in the csv as well all folders and files and cannot find any discrepancies. all files are 777 |
