Orders mass actions not working properly

I have bought this addon. I have 2 problems

problem 1:

If you select all the orders and click on status then You can not change the status of the items. Nothing happens. I still have to change the status manually.

Problem 2:
when selected all orders and clicked on csv. It does generate the file but the file has so much information and it is all mixed up. You do not know what is going on. I think it is not generating the correct csv file. I have attached the csv file. can you please have a look and get back to me asap
