Thank you for your answer.

We have set up the shipping method and then shipping prices with one trial as you suggested. You can see a screenshot of what we did attached.

We did a trial then and saw that when we do the check out with a product Métodos de Envío (Shipment Methods) appears but it is blank, as you can see in my second attachment.

Did we do the set up correctly? How is it supposed to appear when checking out?

We actually want to set up different shopping costs depending on the country. I am attaching a screenshot of how its working now that I have selected all countries. I don´t know where the calculation came from either as I set it to be $14 for 0 - 2 kilos and $28 for 2 - 4 pounds.

You can deactive all countries, you do not need, there:
options - countries

0-2 kg 14,-, because in field "price" you have set 14,-
In additional you need prices for
4-x kg
(if you do not have this and a customer buys for example 30kg, he must only pay: 14,-)

The customer choose the country while the registration.

Yes, we tried to add the country to the registration set up but the field did not show on the registration page

It is not giving me the option to choose, in Payment Methods it only gives me the option to choose one as you can see in the screenshot attached here. How can we set up a way for people to choose their countries? Every country has a different shipping cost.
