I have a question about the Authorize.net plug-in.

I saw somewhere on this forum that it doesn't accept Master Card. Is that true?

When you get to the check-out page and click Authorize.net as the payment options; you have fields for the card number, expiration date and CVC code. Is it possible to have a field for the first and last name???
