PayPal Order not finished

Hi there,

even though the subject is not new in this forum, I ask the question again, as may be I might have different log files etc., which might suggest different approaches to the problem.

My shop works perfectly, as long as customers pay via advance payment. But when customers order via PayPal, I do receive the confirmation mail from PayPal alright, but no confirmation mail from Joomshopping (neither does the customer receive a confirmation mail about his/her purchase). Under "orders" this purchase is listed as "not finished", the status is "open" and under "update" is a "Finish order" link. Only after I manually click that link, only seconds later both admin and customer get their confirmation mails. Is there any way to solve this problem?

My Joomla Version is 3.5.1, Joomshopping Version is 4.14.2 and this is an entry in my payment data.log

Verify data after RETURN: No
Overriding Addresses: Yes (changing it to "No" didn't make any difference)
Notify url SEF: No (changing it to "Yes" didn't make any difference)
SSL version: TLSv1_2
